When you buy a subscription with us, you can cover your home from a range of home maintenance services, including emergency plumbing, boiler breakdowns, boiler servicing, heating, home electrical and locksmiths; giving you complete peace of mind.

What's Covered

We've put together a list of what is covered with your Tradecare 247 subscription.
Tradecare Home Cover

  • Repairs to the plumbing system in your home.
  • Blockages and drainage.
  • Hot water cylinder, cold water storage tank.
  • Home electrics.
  • Up to £1000 covered per visit.
  • First four call outs free, then only £55 per visit thereafter.
  • Repairs to your gas central heating system, boiler, controls, radiators and hot water cylinder.
  • Home electrics.
  • Front door, porch door and back door locks.
  • Annual boiler service – when Boiler Cover is added to the subscription.

Tradecare Home Cover – What is not covered.

  • Call outs within the first 14 days.
  • Sludge or lime scale build up within the plumbing system causing damage.
  • Shared drains.
  • Showers and their components, shower pumps, sanitary wear and silicon sealant.
  • Faults caused by someone else, you used for repairs or design faults.
  • Appliances and cooker hoods.
  • Electrical vehicle chargers.
  • Solar panels, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps .
  • Swimming pools.
  • Windows, window locks and garage doors.

You can get total peace of mind when you buy a monthly Tradecare 247 subscription. Our plumbing & heating home cover starts from £19.99 per month, and includes with local plumber support for leaks and blockages. You can add extra support such as Boiler Cover, which includes annual boiler servicing.

FAQs

You need to own a home, we do not cover business premises, council or association property or mobile homes.

You can purchase a subscription anytime via our website. Simply select the cover that is right for you and subscribe. Or email us at info@tradecare247.com

You can cancel anytime before your subscription is due to renew. However, if you have received your free annual boiler service, a fee of £95.00 is due if you cancel within the first 12 months of your subscription start date.

Each subscription includes direct access to friendly local tradesman. You will pay a monthly fee, depending on the subscription you choose. This will have different levels of cover including plumbing emergencies, heating & boiler care, electrical, and locksmith support. You’ll then be covered for £1000.00 worth of parts and labour for each callout, all part of your Tradecare 247 subscription.

Most boilers are covered, except oil filled boilers and electric boilers.

Your monthly subscription includes £1000.00 worth of parts and labour cover for each callout job.

If your job exceeds £1000.00 you will be charged for additional parts and labour costs.

Subscription payments are monthly, paid each month in advance, and are non-refundable.
